e-Venture

e-novating Venture is a specialized UNIT for promoting and encouraging enterprising initiatives and ideas in their early stages. It is implemented, initially, by means of two investment vehicles:

  • Enovating venture S.L
    In addition to participating in the structure, strategy and business model of the project itself, it takes part in the search for and incorporation of partners and alliances aimed at raising initial capital, as well as providing accompaniment and management, with the objective of participating in advisory and administrative organizations via the corresponding Boards.

    Through its interaction with many other possible players (e-novating netting and e-novating partnership), it contributes to the development of new business initiatives. Although it may participate in all types of initiatives, its investment policy is restricted to Basque Country and its interests, either in local projects or in projects promoted by and/or carried out by Basque businesses. Alternatively, this policy is extended to initiatives (originating and establishing themselves outside the Basque Country) capable of producing a significant impact (present or future) on Basque society and economy.

    A differential element of our business model is the manner in which we charge for our services. Enovating Venture, S.L. does not invoice consultancy and accompanying services, rather it participates in enterprising initiatives wherein the Project itself provides future contributions in the event that it is successful.

  • Ingeroko XXI, S.L
    With the aim of stable and permanent participation, it takes on projects during the expansion and development stages, the reach of which (geographically and commercially speaking) may exceed the aforementioned parameters.
Our contributions fall within the 100,000 € to 1 million Euro range. The Uliker Group participates in both investment companies and they both represent the administrative instrument of a variable Investors and Entrepreneurs Club. Each of the aforementioned means follows different philosophies and methods.
