Named Executive and General Director of the Bilbao Stock Exchange and the Bilbao Plaza Financiera Group, composed of member organizations of the Bilbao Share Market for the promotion and development of a financial center in the Basque Country.
During this time he participated, in accordance with his position, in various projects and organisms:
- Member of the Consultative Committee of the National Share Market Commission.
- Member of the Committee responsible for drafting the New Stock Exchange Compensation and Liquidation Service, which came into effect January 1, 1992.
- Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Promoters of the Latin American Electronic Stock Exchange (Latin American Share Market Federation).
- Promoting member of the Metropolitan Bilbao Revitalising Association (Bio M-30).
